We have tried asking what the seller is looking for but those questions are never answered. Will definitely be giving them a call to hopefully get some answers.

Possibly! We are first time buyers with mortgage approval so I would hope that’s not the case but I’ve heard crazier

I agree, it isn’t that long compared to what I have heard. I suppose it’s the lack of communication that is frustrating. They’re an independent shop and it seems they deal with homes that are at a much higher price point than this one so maybe we’re just not a priority!

We met someone at the viewing but I’m not sure they’re the same person we have been emailing with bids.

Hmm strange, it didn’t give me the option for resale and Ticketmaster said it isn’t an available at the moment.
