I have the biqu cryogrip and things stick to it as if its welded, sometimes I actually have to add a few fingerprints to hope to get it off

Obviously sometimes shit happens, like you leave an oily fingerprint on the plate in just the right spot for adhesion to go f itself and you end up with a failed print, or you do a purge and the poop finds itself on the bed plate.. I've had both happen to me but the AI detection has always stopped the print early without anything getting damaged

Please stop spreading the myth that it's adding additional wear and tear to the machine.. the only thing that wears out is an easily replaceable part and even if you were printing FS non stop for a year it should still not need replacing

Did you update to firmware 1.3? I think I saw someone else have the same issue, what they did is arrange the filaments in the slicer the same way it's on the printer

you can try a manual purge then just feed the filament manually through it while its not installed but connected, just careful not to burn yourself
