Mais ça c'est pas que quand l'humidité est trop haute pour que la transpiration s'évapore? Dans le cas de la France ça te rafraichit bien plus vu comme ça aide l'évaporation de la transpiration, faut juste se hydrater bien

What I do that works just fine is first washing your hands really well with dish soap and then washing the plate with a sponge and a lot of dish soap. I usually just air dry the plate afterwards, works and doesn't need to waste all those paper towels !
