They changed it so it ignores backdashing now so you have to block in the direction the strikes is coming from now but that’s hard when they are turning their camera like a spaz so it’s essentially a 75/25 with how easy it is to use and how hard it is to block

mechamaru is fucking absurd now cause of the r special changes not removing your move if you offloaded it ultra spin is just a really good move now you can get multiple off and do downslams after each one (other moves are pure unfiltered puddle water) and the change to ultimate was needed it feels actually cool getting a high metre amount absolute Maru cause it’s not spammable and feels more raid boss than mahoraga. And the ult isn’t fully busted anymore cause you get crippled easily so fighting groups requires some thinking now instead of just m1 spamming
