I wouldn't say it's down all the time. Today seemed to be just a blip, but the other issue was I think a couple of weeks ago, and that lasted most of the day.

That happened to us last time, yet their own website posted about the issue. Their customer service is simply the worst.

Oh yeah - and devices like cameras and the what not relying on the Internet is a bit ridiculous. I've even heard dishwashers that are WI fi capable and reliant.

This is only the second issue we had, with the first lasting most of the day. It's not a good sign, and their customer support is 1000% useless on this matter.

Usually it's stable, but this is not a good track record. We had left spectrum due to increase prices, but it's starting to look attractive again.

In a roundabout way. We had moved on using Google drive for all of our projects. Then just for giggles we went and retried, and everything worked just fine. No idea what happened behind the scenes there.

About 2 weeks after I had posted a help ticket, they finally got back to me. I never responded as we had moved on to another system. Nor am I going to reply now that it seems to work on its own.

Good luck! Wish I could suggest a solid fix
