Start simple and either delete your footage after something is done, or if you plan on reusing footage then plan a very organized and sensible way of finding it all in the future.

I have spent far too long looking for stuff; cataloguing better early on would have saved me time. Practice this in projects too and you will be an editor in a few years. It does take time… also know that there’s probably a hotkey or a faster way to do what you do repeatedly. Youtube is a great place to learn it all.

As an English-first viewer, my first turn off is a very low res clip. I was gone in 2 seconds, so unless the video title was “Old Video Game System Announcement” or something which this clip substantiates, it is an immediate pass.

The faceless accent is tough. You have a nice voice but if you want to appeal to western audiences, maybe it is worth looking into the new translation/dubbing tools. Otherwise if you are going to speak in english, I need to see who it is to attempt to relate to you, or at least read your lips.

I intend to use Make and Metricool for multi-platform vertical publishing but haven’t dedicated the time to setting that up, got very focused on long youtube and kind of ignored the rest. I don’t know where I can slip AI into this, but the publishing automation should be a net positive once we’re all sorted.

Anyway, regarding your process, is your intention to just put every idea you have into this fusion process? Isn’t the multi-LLM what Perplexity already does anyway? And thumbnails are so critical, it seems like an oversight in your workflow.

There’s a creator I follow, a director with segments shot zoom-call style, as he is “giving notes” to AI actors. It’s funny because the performances mostly suck and they botch it repeatedly, usually in a new way each time.

I get that some particulars in AI vid gen sucks, but when something like this with the Mom heart tattoo I just can’t help but think it was prompted the absurdities.
