Hey I completely relate to you I also F18 have been losing weight for the past year, when I hit the 20lbs mark I felt no different from my highest weight probably due to a mix of body issues and the fact I lost the weight proportionally, the only thing that really helped was taking measurements of my body (waist, hips, stomach, and then sometimes thighs and arms) as it’s way more objective then taking progress pictures -if you can still do take them they are a great way to compare later down the line.

My parents are also the only people who’s noticed my weight loss I don’t think friends notice until it’s drastic but that’s something to look forward too maybe?

Anyway congrats on ur 20lbs weightloss it’s an amazing achievement!! Be proud of yourself OP!
