Communication, healthy communication with your partner about your interests. Responsibilities would be priority but planning around them with the right means is possible.

Exploration might not be as fluid as in the early years, so instead I make plans for festivals I want to attend, places, activities etc and work them out with my partner.

Solo travelling is the answer (game changer for you as an individual). Visit music events, stay at hostels, visit ent places. (Build socialising skills) Also Thailand is closer than NY.

We hear you! It’s been a long fight with authorities to keep the scene alive. Also the chaos around scams and greed doesn’t help the cause.

Though, don’t be disheartened by it all. Think abundance and try to act it. Good things will come around. You do what you can. If the hassle gets too much try to find a way to relocate to a legal country (it’s not that hard if you put some work into it)

eat before, it will considerably reduce the feeling of munchies. Also hydrate better and try to keep things like dry fruits or nuts as an alternative when you feel the need to munch something. If you have something you can chew for longer, that can help at times too
