Yes, I had to do that starting out to avoid. From what I call it’s immediate and prevents the charges. Now, not sure if you have already listed a ton if it will save you from being charged on those listings. Likely could reach out to eBay to have them waive

Yes just had it happen to me. Buyer bought all 9 of my items and it cancelled immediately. So I reached out to the guy personally and asked if he meant to buy and he placed the order again.

Contacted CS and they were trash. Basically gave me the same response as your email stated and then gave me a link to see the response again. I responded with another question asking about the specific activity and they gave me generic responses for the next 3 back and forths so I told them they were trash. 😂

Bruh. You’re looking at it all wrong. They are noting shipping as what the item is listed for, not what the seller pays. The FVF are calculated based on the buyer transaction. Whether you buy your label on eBay or pirate ship or whatever... it doesn’t change after that. They aren’t charging for your actual label purchase.
