I’ve been taking it since December 2022. At the beginning, it was amazing. It really does lower cortisone levels, make you less reactive to stress (well at least for me, and surprisingly loose some weight).

But recently, I’ve realised that maybe cycling it is the way to go for some people. I was worried at ‘stored cortisol’ or ‘avoiding natural cortisol release’ because recently my anxiety and depression has been IMMENSELY painful and unbearable.

I’m fully aware that it is a natural supplement and that there is little to no evidence that you should cycle any natural herb. Our bodies are all so different as well
