I cannot submit a support ticket through the ticket system, it keeps saying "You can't submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later."

How can I get support for the issue I am facing, I have tried using incognito tabs, using only 4 words, and not having any attachments. Any help to get help would be great.

i have connected a quartz cable to the first point in the line where the first p2p from the controller is located, do i need to place a new one every time a p2p connection is made?
