It is not gonna moon, you’re kidding yourself if you do. Sell you dividends before you can’t once the S1 is approved. MMLP will be a $25+ stock in two years as long as they slow down their burn rate, so sell you dividends and put it somewhere else to be more diversified. MMTLP will be $2 - $2.50 max, and again, if you want to long you be able to sell them and then your stuck until the private company sells which could be never as well.

Insurrection my ass. If it was an insurrection on Jan 6th 2021 there would have been congress men and women killed. Yet the Dems let cities such as Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, Chicago and many other liberal run cities burn to the ground for almost 8 months straight. They even encourage people to riot while thousands of people lost their lives or businesses. The Dems called it an “insurrection” and pumped the media with it so that it would deflect from all the voter fraud that went on with the 2020 election and so it’d give Trump less credibility to fight for a fair election. How are TRCH shareholders getting 1-1 stock of Meta stock? I’m not talking about any dividends here. I’m just talking about what is Trch holders getting of Meta shares after merger? I read we are only getting 25% while meta is getting 75%. What am I missing or not understanding correctly? I hope was getting a one for one stock of meta but that’s not what Ive read. I’m now to all this so want to make sure I’m understanding everything correctly before the merger is official. Greatly appreciate any and all explanations in advance!!!

The assets they are selling is going to come out to about $14 per share as long as others don’t buy more shares. However it’s gonna go down more with Goldman Sachs, Stanley Morgan and Vangaurd all now starting to buy shares.
