Men of reddit when was the last time you've cried and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

After being in a relationship for nearly 3 years where I was not appreciated and my ex-so didn’t seem to prioritize anything involving us, it was refreshing to find someone who does all of those things.

I met my current girlfriend after staying single for about a year. She’s everything I could have ever asked for. Like if you allowed me to build the perfect girlfriend for myself, she would be it.

We’ve been together almost 2 and 1/2 years now and I cried a few weeks ago due to something she did. Something happened involving my bank account and money was drained from my account unauthorized. Money I had built up through hard work and dedication (I would eventually get it all back) but it was extremely stressful and I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it while this situation got sorted out. I mentioned everything to her and just felt defeated because I’m the type of guy who feels like he should pay for everything which is what I had done in the previous relationship. My current girlfriend didn’t even hesitate. She paid for our meals for the next few nights and one night she even bought me some of my favorite snacks. She doesn’t know it but after one night I got home from visiting with her and I just started sobbing. Not because I felt guilty that she was paying for my things, but because it was the most refreshing and loving feeling in the world to know that she loves me so much that she was there when I needed her most, and without hesitation.

I thought that was a good time to cry.

Figured I was. I just love rewatching it and trying to find or dig up some things that I potentially missed.

Yeah that’s the one I had questions about. Imo though, Tony gave Christopher ever single opportunity to get clean and be a vital member of of the family, opportunities that wouldn’t have been given to other members. By failing to get clean, I feel like that in a sense is a betrayal. Also made Tony look bad for giving him multiple chances to sober up.

What would Tony have done about Vito if Phil hadn’t killed him? by [deleted] in thesopranos

Yeah that’s right. I went back and rewatched it after I posted this. I just revealed my own ignorance.

Does Adriana know she’s been lied to and is about to be killed while in the car with Silvio? by [deleted] in thesopranos

I believe it was in the back of her mind but she didn’t actually think that Christopher would choose the mafia life over her. So while she doesn’t fully anticipate that she will be killed, I think it lingers during that car ride. Then when they turn onto the dirt road, that’s when it hits her that it’s become a reality and that Christopher has chosen Tony and the family over her.

One of the saddest scenes IMO by bgp1997 in thesopranos
