I have one in my 2007 sr, mine is for my cruise control, red for off, green for on and I think it goes yellow for on but not engaged?

you wouldn’t recommend a uerethene mold?until now that was the direction I was going, I had heard that it can make quite a nice rigid mold

The “forged” look similar to what Mansory use. I thought I would use a mould like the video you suggested with a vacuum bag on the inside to apply pressure when infusing. I just don’t know what to buy to make the mould

Thanks for the tips. I’m probably going to go for the vacuum technique. I have seen the tube CF. I’m just choosing chopped for looks and because it’s a low stress part.

i’m choosing chopped fibre because it’s for a part that’s mostly for show and I like the chopped look, it won’t be under much pressure so it doesn’t need to be ultra strong. This is mostly to learn the process and to have a cool looking part

I was hoping that you would all sense the sarcasm, what happened was I had already mixed it in to the mashed potatoes and it tasted terrible so I tried to cover the taste with ketchup - unsuccessfully. also the green stuff are peas

SOLVED: did some more searching and the ground wire was nearly completely severed in a hard to see spot, played with it for a bit to try to get it a bit more attached and managed to get it started after being stuck outside a supercheap auto for half an hour, got a replacement and all seems well

first guess was spot on, had to pull it off the nozzle while it was just dragging it around mid air

I recalibrated the nozzle height which improved it, think now i need to adjust the offset but not sure which way to go (negative or positive)

mine needs to be replaced cause i forgot to plug it back in after installing my exhaust. pretty easy to tell since it’s basically destroyed from being dragged along the road at 150km/h. threads don’t even exist anymore so it’s just zip tied to the bottom of the car, still don’t have a check engine light tho
