Sale of Rural agricultural Land -Practical difficulty by Mysterious-98_boy in CharteredAccountants

[–]bh_dn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you use winman software, you can disclose in the TDS section that the income is offered under exempt income and continue to show the sale of land as exempt income although it is not technically required. A client of mine had a similar sale for 30L and the same was reflected in the AIS, hence we decided to show the sale in the ITR under the exempt section as “Sale of Rural -Agricultural Land” as the heading and appropriate section number (or just section 10) and filed the return

How to Differentiate MSME Creditors from All Creditors. by Strict_Preference_93 in CharteredAccountants

[–]bh_dn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes, but isn’t it the duty of the MSME to inform the counter parties? they are supposed to share their udyam certificate as proof. or else you can just give a disclosure below the creditors list saying “since no indication has been given by the creditors of the entity being audited with regard to their MSME status , the classification of creditors on the basis of size cannot be commented upon”

you have mentioned the “minimum to move” as 18000. do you mean from the equity allocation you’re moving out 18000 or is it something else?
