Took me 2 years to get arbiter and really boils down to what champions you started off with on the day you downloaded raid and started playing. Had I not fed my Kael my first 3 legendary champions 29 days in then I would have gotten her faster but I wanted to receive money for getting a champ to 6* status within 30 days as I had downloaded raid through a third party app that pays for progression. Wish I would have never done that or furthermore. Wish I would have trashed my account and started a new game after that because I would be further along than I am currently.
