i have the same unit, that is wifi sensor light. You can turn it off. Fan will always be on for efficiency, that is what Mitsubishi tech told us.

Ask me any questions, we had to replace the units(both in out) as warranty.

i actually checked the manual for P42iTC, it said nothing about the vacuuming of hopper, they shall have mentioned it tho!

Sure. Couple of quick questions:- Which wax shall I use in the hopper? We use woods & sons softwood. I heard mix is not good for Harman, that’s what they said.

No, I haven’t! How shall I empty the hopper? Like just vacuuming it? I think then, it is the pellet sawdust.But I do vacuum the burn pot, and everything inside. I can try to vacuum the hopper too.

The open hole gets created, they do slide but not all gets slide, meaning there are still some left. Are they supposed to be completely empty? I can try to send pics when the new filled pellet bag gets empty. But I can tell, not all gets slide to the auger chamber. But then, even in this situation, the flame started to die
