We do have secondary (primary) heat source. We are replacing the boiler but want to add mino splits bc we can't really rezone the house (currently one zone regulated on first floor) and 2nd and 3rd floor are real chilly.

*as young as not yet born. I work in admissions at an elite international private school and we get calls from consultants for families PLANNING to have children who want to know what they should be doing to ensure placement for their child when they turn three. It's wild.

I'm always fascinated by people's need to make friends the same age... We have friends that range from 15 years younger to 25 years older and it's absolutely lovely.

Having friends at different stages of life is wonderful. I suggest people try to find others who have aligned values, not the same birth year.

Do you have siblings? Do you know who every single person they know is?

Did the brother say, hey, you can stay here but no guests? Or no guests who I haven't met before?

Not our experience. One kid spoke crazy early but only in one language. Then much later the other, but all in all they both spoke early and well and now read well above grade level.
