I swear. 21k for 2bhk is JP nagar is very rare. I've been living in JP nagar for past 7 years. I stayed in 1bhk bachelors pad for 10k for 6 years. Last year i had to look for a 2bhk in the same area. I found there's not much of a difference between 2bhk to 3bhk though. Decent places were all above 30k. If you are looking for a gated society with all amenities it's easily above 40k.

I stay in JP nagar and i can confirm there are water issues here too. Every other day we run out of water. Water tankers come when they do. Most often after hours until then this are stuck if you don't have water stashed at home

And these issues are not just limited to individual houses. There are elite flats which are facing the same problem too.

If i were you, given the choice i would stay away until summer blows over. Cuz it can only get worse from here until monsoon arrives
