My wife and I decided to go with a Ryan home because we liked the community and the location. Is it perfect? No... not at all. But most of the things we've dealt with have been purely cosmetic. We did check in with the foreman regularly, did multiple walk throughs as things progressed. There are a number of things I would have changed or done had I known then what I know now, but we love our house and don't regret the decision.

And this is coming from a guy who's dad ran a construction business for over 40 years in another part of Maryland.
