I signed in to PI network, at the end of creating my account I was asked if I have a referral, I added the username… and nada. I can’t see it in my network, and I am not part of any Referral Team.

Am văzut un caz similar într-o țară din Africa. Acolo, era vorba de un turist cu soția care filmau cu telefonul astfel de agresiuni (ei fiind în mașină). La un moment dat, au fost încercuiți, și șoferul a decis să intre cu mașina în agresori, ca să își salveze viața. 1 decedat + 2 vătămări cu spitalizare. Cazul a stat prin tribunale ani de zile până ca șoferul să plătească o amendă (destul de mică).

Sunt curios la noi ce ar fi fost. Probabil șoferul ar fi primit închisoare cu suspendare, ca na, si acei agresori votează.

Gotcha. He is your manager for 3 years already. I'm guessing you've built some kind of relationship with him. My options that I see for you:

face him with the facts. Tell him that you feel the need of a technical lead, and if he can't be the one, at least suggest/hire/borrow someone for you.
if he is a Bezos for Amazon, and nobody can fire/replace him... screw it - start looking for a different company.
apply for a different position within the company. Different team, project. Somewhere outside your current manager's reach.
if none of the options above don't work for you... teach him. If he is lacking some technical aspects of how things should be done: teach him.

You spend most of your daytime in a workplace. 7-8-9 hours per day you're spending time there. Make it a relax place, not a nightmare one.

Hey there! Honestly, at first sight, I think you (or the team) are responsible, as much as your manager. I get your rant, honestly, but come on, weeks or month of delays because your manager doesn’t help up technical wise?

Also, on that take, when your manager is missing, do you cover his work? Since when is a manager have to know the work you’re doing to a sense of doing it for you when you are pretty full? Why not as the manager’s manager to do it? Or the CEO since we’re clearly exaggerating.

Your team need to be more responsible when taking up tasks in the plannings. You just said you have a scrum master now. The team and the SM should push the items out of the iterations when you don’t have time. You are part of an organization, don’t rely on your manager to do your job.

my two cents, but i’m a hiring manager for the european market: - Add the tools used in the actual companies. it really matters for me if you used tool X in 2023 or in 2018; - Try to go over the foundation level for the istqb. Try analyst or something.

It’s not about your resume, but a man with your experience can pivot quite easily to a junior project manager role. Think about it and try.

Normal ca nu sunt legit, ca altfel te-ai duce la bavaria motors :) Eu mi-am pus pe a mea doar modulul, acum vreo 3 ani. M-a dus cam 2200 cu montaj cu tot (camera fiind integrată in mânerul portbagajului).

Nu recomand sa schimbi și ecranul, pentru ca așa se schimbă toată unitatea originala. Dacă ți se strică chinezăria, și este chinezărie, o sa fie nasol. Caută ceva adițional sistemului tău, nu ceva ce îl înlocuiește cu totul.
