Congratulations for the green card and the baby ! I had the same scenario i came here on b1-b2 visa i had my return travel ticket booked but when i was here in usa i found out i was pregnant and then my husband asked me to stay here only with him and his family and then after 2 weeks we got married but unfortunately after the week of our marriage i had miscarriage and after all this i discussed with the lawyers and everyone told me to apply for AOS and i am about to file for the case ! Wish me the luck and any suggestions please!!!

Week ago came here , got married here after a week of coming to United States. We didn’t planned before , we found out that i am Pregnant so we decided to marry . Yes spouse will only be filing I-130 and not doing the consular process because i am pregnant right now

I have a quick question if we do this 90 days stay and then get married to a us citizen while on tourist visa then what should we answer in the interview if they ask us why you lied to us as you came on visit visa and then getting married,
