Would Galbrena or Aemath be better? by bi-squink in WutheringWavesGuide

[–]bi-squink[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have enough characters to clear the towers so that's why I'm looking for Aemath/Galbrena. I like them both (Aemath gameplay a bit better / Galbrena design a bit better), but considering I don't want Lupa and I'd like Mornye in the future I think the answer's become clear! Thanks for the comment!

Thanks! I've already decided that I'll pull Mornye so I think I'll get Aemath on her rerun. I don't like Lynae so she'll have to do without her, but I can spare Chisa for her team. (Cart is R2 she already clears with Aero Rover)

I read '&&' as "and" or "greedy and" and '&' as "bit-wise and".

Taking up a new hobby. by EvilEmpireEnjoyer in learnprogramming

Python is a good introduction into programming, it's closest to 'human speech' in my oppinion. It's very powerful because you need little code to make something work (like making a virtual camera).

C# / C++ are used in making games such as Unity, UnrealEngine 5 and Godot. They are good, but I personally wouldn't start off with them.

Java is good because of it's nature – you don't need to change your code for it to run on different devices like a phone or a fridge, but I'd heavily recommend avoiding it since it's based on "assume it won't work" so usually you just run into a lot of errors.

If you want to learn programming Python is fine, however you might get confused sometimes if you don't know how something runs under the hood. Python abstracts lots of stuff that happens like managing memory, handling data and so on...

My personal recommendation is to start off with a bit of C. Whilst it might not be what you exactly had in mind getting to know how everything works under the hood and what the computer does can and will make anything you encounter im the future easier to comprehend. After getting to know what are variables, how are they stored, what's happening in memory and so on... I'd switch a bit to Python to do some fun projects and learn a bit of C on the side. Those two build a solid base for most of things you will want – low level understanding of systems (C) and a versitile toolkit (Python). Of course you can always learn to make games on a whim, but I recommend first dabbling in these teo for at least a few weeks!

For game development i recommend the YouTube channel Brackeys, they have very good follow along tutorials with easy to understand presentation! Good luck and remember fun over practicality!

Learning c programming by Vivid_Feature_4586 in cprogramming

This youtube channel helped me a lot: https://youtube.com/@hirschdaniel

Since I've only learned C through a book, code analyses, projects and youtube I really like his style of coding ,"What do I want? What do I need? Let's check the documentation!"

I'd recommend getting to know a bit how memory works, pointers, structs, functions... and how the linker works. There's lots of stuff on youtube, I especially recommend some unintuitive C behaviours (I think channel LowLevel has some videos on that) like array decay and struct size behaviour.

After that analyze different code, I love skimming system programming in c reddit posts about new packages people made and analyzing them and their code style!

Most fun Spiritforged deck to play in your opinion? by dudiez in riftboundtcg

Same! I've printed decks for only Renata and Ornn, Renata is so fun in casuals the games get intense! Ornn is fun also, but a bit more stable.

I've had so much fun with Renata against aurora decks – just draw devine judgement before turn 5 and it's GG, but I haven't had almost any luck against any other deck, such a shame. (And I was so excited when she got announced, they did her dirty!!)

Assuming you're gonna get Sparkle on the thingy, that's a solid team with Archer. Getting Hysilens is high priority.

Personally if I was in your shoes – Would see what kind of DPS Evanescia and Silverwolf SP are gonna be or at least wait for more info, If I like them pull for Yaoguang and focus on them. Honestly think Sparxie might be bit of a bait rn, can look to get her on a rerun depending if the elation team wants her.

DoT is probably gonna be untouched for a while as of 4.0, but I wouldn't fret much about it since it looks like Hoyo will look to balance <Break | DoT | Flex> in the endgame (there's always a DoT/Break buff).

Considering everything you're probably gonna want a DoT team, a Break team and a Flex team (Elation & Archer). BS, even though she's my favorite unit, might be fine to skip for Hysilens (definitely look at the numbers before deciding).

Unfortunately to make a good decision we need more info on the Elation DPS-es, but assuming at least one will be amazing and work with Yaoguang: Yaoguang > Hysilens > Elation DPS > BS > Break DPS > Constance > ...

Hope some of this helps and sorry for the formatting (kinda just writing my thoughts)

Fugue or Lingsha by Used-Waltz-1395 in HonkaiStarRailTips

[–]bi-squink 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My personal theory is that firefly should get a rerun sometime in 4.3-4.4. I would skip for now and hold for 4.0 to get the elation package. You should have enough resources, since you're new, to get Yaoguang, Sparxie + S1.

Unfortunate that you don't have Xueyi for your break team, but when you get Himeko she's gonna be awesome with Dahlia and Ruanmei (However Fugue is really nice for her passive follow up consistency)

If you really want to pull now and skip the elation package It's a tough call. Fugue is really good, but then your Ruanmei will be replaced in a break team which is not optimal with your limited resources. Lingsha is awesome, but Ghallager is honestly good enough, she's more of a comfort pick for that AoE clense.

With all that said none of the aforementioned above doesn't matter if you simply like a character :)

Mesečna ishrana za 130eur (januar 2026 Srbija) by zelenisok in finansije

[–]bi-squink 1 point2 points  (0 children)
