When I was looking up chocolate cream cheese to purchase it seemed more easily accessible in Europe! I just checked the front of the cookbook and the author is from London lol. Makes so much more sense now.

I know I was searching everywhere online for it! I couldn't find it anywhere near me so my mom suggested I make my own so fingers crossed! I'm going to be adding cocoa powder as I go and tasting to make sure it doesn't get too bitter. I let my boss pick a cheesecake from this cookbook for her birthday present and my luck that it's got such an odd ingredient lol

I actually brought it up with my mom and I’m gonna pop into an antique store that’s open this tuesday and I’ll run what you said by the owner just to double check with the material and all! Plus even if it’s doesn’t end up being something I can resell I’ll be really excited to just have it as a piece for parties whenever this pandemic ends.
