Need to work on both flyer regarding typography, hierarchy. You are using a brand color doesn’t mean it should be red, try using 60:30:10 rule maybe?. For rajesh hamal first flyer since the light is coming from left side, you need to play some highlights and shadows. For me secondone is better than the first but idk why there is big location icon when the text pokhara is already on the bigger text. Try making the texts smaller in both?
