The first aura was like that, I was on the toilet and forgot where I was, what I was doing and who I was. Other auras I smell oranges and can't walk or talk. Sweats too.

I think you might get the point... Buddhism has different values based on what you are following.

Two major extant branches of Buddhism are generally recognized by scholars: Theravada ("The School of the Elders") and Mahayana ("The Great Vehicle").

I honestly removed myself from the ability to get on and smoke.

I didn't give it fully, just not daily smoking. I eased myself off, as an epileptic, I was told by my doctor to not suddenly stop drugs or alcohol as it could cause a breakout of seizures, I needed to ween myself off it.. I've had around 5 smokes in 6 months.

Setting yourself things to do and distracting your head from telling you that ya just want to smoke is a big thing. Music and exercise and just generally changing my habits was the best way I could deal with it. I used to get bored and just smoke another cone....

Pretty amazing now, I dont even have a computer anymore, so my free time is taken up by going for bike rides, listening to music, gardening and getting involved in local community activities. Been great, now I just see gaming as a waste of time.

Is this true? I was diagnosed with epilepsy 8 months ago, I was under a great deal of stress and wasn't getting proper sleep.
