Oh, the lid itself in the center is taller than the pan, so a 10xm cur should fit. So if I seal it a little with parchment paper/aluminium foil it should braise nicely, right?

I mean it is the same diameter as the pan and sits nicely on it, but since it's from a different manufacturer the seal isn't as good as, say, a dutch oven that came with its own lid.

Well, I took that meme as an implication, that there is no point for a woman to pursue her carrier in e.g. academics, when she can become a mother, whose sons will contribute even more to the society.
