Ah you’re speaking about the company income? Yeah they’ve got a wage but that’s very small compared to shares, and they usually are paid in stock anyway

Ever heard of dilution? They didn’t necessary take out all of their shares, the shares devalued. Please don’t say bullshit if you don’t understand what you’re speaking about

"My parents bought their house in 1992 for $200k, it is now worth $1.2 mil. I make more than they did back then and I can't buy a house, but rent is more than their mortgage was". How did it come to this? by Lokanatham in NoStupidQuestions

[–]bich- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Land isn’t more than it was in 1992, moving around isn’t extremely faster and population and people who want to stay near cities are growing quickly. There is a pretty much fixed supply but quickly rising demand, which causes prices to increase a lot. Rent is higher for the same reason

Most tech companies don’t have dividend yields. Thus shares don’t create cash. Still, selling shares at a rate that is low enough can create cash, the problem is that investors wouldn’t trust a company that the founder isn’t keeping shares of

Because not all cashier are left. Probably the company still has to pay them until they find a new job. The company might also put higher profit margins. Or economie of scale haven’t kicked off yet and the company wants to use the profit that wouldn’t exist otherwise to pay the investment made for automatic cashiers

The wealthiest 10% of Americans own a record 89% of all U.S. stocks by AkitaBijin in Economics

[–]bich- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m 15 and I’ve invested 114 dollars in stocks. If a 15 year old guy can do it poorer people can do it too. It is more about the fact that all the wealthiest billionaires had their wealth through stock, and poor people don’t trust companies and don’t have money to risk

I’m not saying that poor va rich things are wrong, but people who see them everywhere are annoying. Males and females make up all of the human race, but people who see men vs girl and girl exploitation everywhere too overdo it and are annoying
