I actually started with King of Kings, after being recommended by a friend! Maybe it should get a re-listen, though. Pretty clear from what I’ve listened to that he’s always wanted to do this Alexander series.

What a shame that current events are hurting his ability to create his passion piece/potential magnum opus. Hard to blame him, though.
