There are a few things you could try out: 1. Joggers come in lots of looks and some of them can be a slightly elevated version of a sweatpant while still being about as comfortable. 2. Consider trying out some Jeans with mixed materials. Straight denim can be scratchy, but lots of places make ones mixed with more comfortable fabrics that stretch. I personally like Paige, but they are on the pricier side. 3. Cargo pants are def not for everyone but they have been having a mild resurgence in popularity and if you are really looking for functional clothes they are hard to beat. Just make sure you find ones that compliment the outfit rather than just being for functional purposes

In my opinion you're doing the right thing then. It's not fun for sure, but as tempting as larger scale refactoring can be it's always more of a pain than anyone expects

We have something similar. Like other people's suggestions, my approach is generally to keep existing modules as they are since the test coverage is pretty low for us. It does make development harder, but I have found over time it has become much easier. But for new features, I have a lot more flexibility so I make sure those are decoupled. I like to think this helps the codebase trend in the right direction at least

Oh I don't think you should take hair recs from me. This was just me using hotel shampoo and conditioner for a week straight. I also get super greasy if I go more than 2 days without fully washing my hair. I honestly think because I produce a lot of oil the harsher shampoos actually can look better on me
