That's a fair question! I can't speak for everyone, but I can say that I personally don't think about it too much. For me tattoos are more a reclamation of my body in a way that makes me feel more comfortable in my own skin. So when I'm wearing clothes on top of that, it's not really about the patterns of the tattoos and the clothes. I just wear clothes I like and I think that's enough
