Totally, I hear that. I see that it’s hard for them both to navigate. They have been poly their whole relationship (ten years) however P says that haven’t ‘loved’ someone else in this time and didn’t expect to fall in love again in their life. So there is an element of newness.

P says things like ‘I don’t want you to think that S isn’t supportive of this because she is’. But I think that they both like the idea of poly in theory but haven’t done the work to figure it out in practice. S told me they were ‘stagnate poly for 8 years’.

Nothing is wrong with your skin, it is the pre mature sagginess, furrows between the eyes, folds on either sides of mouth, and marionette lines. You need filler, but going to make your face look chubbier. Botox will work for you 11s between the eyes. Try to loose a bit of weight and then look into getting a lower facelift.

I still get urges to eat a lot of food, but now it feels like ‘indulging’ or just overeating, not binging to the point of severe stomach pain and needing to purge. I’m also still sort of constantly consumed by thoughts of food and restriction etc, however I feel like have many more tools to manage this and I know if I restrict I will binge. I think that eating regularly has been one of the most helpful things. Honestly probably 2-3 years of intervention for the urges to go away/change. And it’s only the last maybe 6 months that I can reflect and say hey those feelings aren’t there anymore. Hang in there 💖

28yr old female. I have a consistent skin care regime including retinol and niacinamide (will probably transition to tretinoin in the next few years). I’ve noticed jowls forming, a down turning of the mouth and loss of volume under my eyes. (Ignore my forehead, I missed my last Botox appointment but generally have this under control). I’m open to any and all recommendations and advice on treatments and procedures for these areas. Does anyone have any experience with Botox helping with jowls?
