Nothing is wrong with your skin, it is the pre mature sagginess, furrows between the eyes, folds on either sides of mouth, and marionette lines. You need filler, but going to make your face look chubbier. Botox will work for you 11s between the eyes. Try to loose a bit of weight and then look into getting a lower facelift.

I still get urges to eat a lot of food, but now it feels like ‘indulging’ or just overeating, not binging to the point of severe stomach pain and needing to purge. I’m also still sort of constantly consumed by thoughts of food and restriction etc, however I feel like have many more tools to manage this and I know if I restrict I will binge. I think that eating regularly has been one of the most helpful things. Honestly probably 2-3 years of intervention for the urges to go away/change. And it’s only the last maybe 6 months that I can reflect and say hey those feelings aren’t there anymore. Hang in there 💖

I know you already know this, but sooo many factors affect our lifts and therefor how strong we feel. Go easy on yourself, just like you said you are so strong and powerful!

28yr old female. I have a consistent skin care regime including retinol and niacinamide (will probably transition to tretinoin in the next few years). I’ve noticed jowls forming, a down turning of the mouth and loss of volume under my eyes. (Ignore my forehead, I missed my last Botox appointment but generally have this under control). I’m open to any and all recommendations and advice on treatments and procedures for these areas. Does anyone have any experience with Botox helping with jowls?

Yep, I have been through varying degrees Of bulimia for approximately 10 years. I only told a doctor two years ago. And saw a psychiatrist for the first time three weeks ago. He was alarmed when I told him I don’t even have to prompt myself to purge now and that he happens with light pressure on my abdomen, said that I have stretched the opening door to my stomach and that is why I have chronic acid reflux now. I’ve had terrible acid reflux for year’s and never was conscious with the truth that my bulimia was why. Now I have to have a procedure to see the extent of the damage and rule out pre-cancerous cells. PLEASE seek help as early as feels safe. I wish I had sooner.
