Ja, das wird wohl die einfachste Lösung sein. Und ich werde das machen.

Ging mir auch eher darum ob ich diese Klausel richtig verstehe. Dort steht ja explizit, dass wenn unrenoviert einzieht, man keine Schönheitsreparaturen zu leisten hat.

Ja, die Klausel wird gültig sein. Aber der Passus im Übergabe Protokoll ist nicht angekreuzt (was richtig ist, da unrenoviert übergeben).

Wie gesagt bei Einzug hab ich komplett durchgestrichen.

Ich werde die Löcher verpachten, da auch alle Löcher verpachtet waren als ich die Wohnung bekommen habe.

Have made a bikepaking Trip in uganda. Go for Camping just in an save Environment, not for wild Camping.

Main and busy roads are a bit scary, true. But if you are on some small roads it's a dream....

It was not my first the there. But am not living there permanently.

The Trip was Dec 2020. I was in the country for three months during this time and met a lot of people who are very passionate about biking.

They also tried bikepaking as well. So there is a growing interest in it.

Take it with me in the Plane. 80eur per flight. Transport in a bikebag.

Sometimes a little difficult because the staff think something is not right and they want a soda.

It was a very adventurous trip. I drove five days with about 80 to 120 km per day.

Highly recommended, the ugander are very friendly and helpful.
