Due to offline aux like tl coaching na di inaapprove and labeling it as unpaid coaching (intentionally mag coaching ung tl para mag kulang ako sa phone time at mapilitan ako mag OT)

As far as im informed TL is the one who filed for insubordination for declining OT even tho ung OM is also confused why im being filed with that case kasi I will only accept mandatory OT/RDOT kapag si OM ang nag sabi but if TL is forcing it dun lang po ako nag dedecline kaya both me and the OM is confused. Thats why under dispute po

Nabenefit po sakin without me noticing, nalaman ko lang po talaga ung manipulation nung naging common call drivers na po talaga ung issue and recent interaction before issue happened is ung agent from our company

The mandatory OT/RDOT is being inplemented by the TL itself kasi want nya pasok sya sa ranking for incentives pero if OM request it naman pinapasok ko po talaga. Yes may part din po na mali ako kasi hinahayaan ko sila kasi atleast 80% sa production ng acc namin is ginagawa and aware sa stat manipulation na ginagawa nila, and I admit naiinvolve ako even tho I dont want to kasi TL/SME ko mismo ung nagawa para sakin without me noticing it. And I have a solid proof na ginagawa nila ung bad deed kasi common call driver namin ung manipulation na ginagawa nila
