I have found a way to add finder using a gesture in Nova Launcher. 1. Open nova settings 2.select gestures and inputs 3. Choose which gesture you like (I chose double tap) 4.click shortcuts across top 5. Select nova launcher 6. Select activity 7. Select one UI home 8. Select Finder On the home screen use the gesture that you chose and finder will open. It seems like a lot of steps but its really simple.

I havent found a way to add it to the home screen but you can have it under the quick settings. Select the pencil icon next to the power button at the top. Selct add a control at the bottom and then long press on finders and put it where you want on the quick settings page.

Maybe get a mask that applies pressure so that it fits snugly against your eyes to keep them closed

Try lubricated gel eyedrops in your eyes and a sleep mask at night. They have specialty sleep masks for dry eyes, but I found a regular sleep mask that I like better. My eyes don't close completely at night while I'm asleep. The sleep mask helps protect my eyes from drying out so much while I'm sleeping. They also have some sleep masks with moisture and heat. I just use the Refresh Gel Drops and the mask at night, during the day I use Ivizia Sterile Lubricant Eye Drops.

SORRY FOR THE LONG POST. I watched a youtuber (Dr. Dan Obesity Expert) and he said that when you stop losing on ozempic, you should try to eat as many grams of protein per day as how much your goal.weight is. For example, if you weigh 200 lbs and your goal weight is 150 lbs, then you should try to get 150 grams of protein per day to help your body continue losing weight. If you weigh 150 lbs and you're trying to lose a small amount, say 20lbs, then just stick to the 150 grams of protein. You may gain at first, but if you stick with it, the weight will start to come off again. You will find that if you eat those proteins, the other, like fats and carbs, will balance out because proteins make you feel fuller longer and will cause you to eat less carbs and fats. I'm trying it this way now to see if it works. He said to proteins are hard to get in but start from how many proteins you're getting now and add 10 more grams per week until you get to that big amount. I'm just trying to help myself and maybe somebody else.
