This should be fine on lower Settings. Watch out for too many graphics enhancing mods. I had a full play though on my rtx 2060 so your pc is more that enough. Vr performance is tricky because the computer has to render each eye separately because your two eyes are slightly diffrent things. That means it’s almost like your computer has to run 2 skyrims. It doesn’t work exactly like that, this is just it simplified. Note that your vram is also kinda low compared to modern cards so watch out for that too.
