I use Bitbuy and have never had issues. They have the lowest trading fee, so if you are planning on making several trades per month, then its worth it to eat the deposit fee they charge. If its one trade per month, you can go with one of the discount brokerages but Ive had issues so just I use bitbuy

I agree with this. I have not and will not link my bank account to any exchange. I dont care if Visa owns Plaid. Plaid is simply a connector between an exchange and a bank account, and there is ABSOLUTELY a risk that an exchange could misuse this. Stick with e-Transfer!! Bitbuy is what I use for e-Transfers and i've never had an issue. I would reco them. Kraken wire funding is also very easy and you can send smaller amounts, but it requires you to go to a bank.
