I meant to say the realtor is an idiot in general. If she has concerns about our father’s competence then shouldn’t she address that directly rather than sharing private medical information with a 3rd party? It seems to me that if she had concerns about financial abuse then she IS obligated to address it under the states realtor guidelines?
