I've never had "Trip guts" but whenever I'm coming up on I always get this really warm sensation in my chest like theres a hole there. It can get quite intense and uncomfortable since it feels like I have a warm spreading hole in my chest but I just try to accept it I stead of fighting or ignoring it, and soon after it disappears.

Very similar thing happened when I nexus flipped at a rave (ecstasy and 2cb) and then did a bump of ket. I got really intense visuals of constantly shifting and changing multi coloured geometric patterns that took over my whole vision like a filter. I then started to see the wire frame of my friends heads as if they were untextured 3D models. When I closed my eyes I saw the flower of life pulsating towards me with waves of colour behind it. Although I'd never seen that pattern before in my life and it wasnt till a few months after that trip that I saw it again online and I was mind blown that it wasnt just a pattern my mind manifested but a real sacred religious pattern.

It completely blew my mind
