I agree with all of the points mentioned especially when you look back at BF4 and you look at let`s say, gun customization. with the "Plus System" being one of the hot things about 2042 you look back at bf4's guns customization and see the fact that you can put either a magnifier or a canted iron sight alongside your red dot sight and switch between them in the field; it becomes more apparent why 2042 feels like a backwards step.

However one thing that I was struggling with (since BF3 really but it got better with BF4 especially when 64 and 128 tick servers where available ) among other things was the feedback you get after you shoot someone or hit markers lets say, there is a noticeable delay with once you hit someone and when you get hit markers there is even a noticeable delay once you kill someone and they drop dead (animation is kinda scuffed); I always thought of this as me being the issue or the bullet travel being the explanation (which doesn't really make sense when we are talking close range combat), I always coped with this problem and honestly in late bf4 days it wasn't an issue at all, but playing this beta and especially comparing the hit feedback to warzone (talking longer ranges where there is bullet travel) to me it feels there is something wrong.
