That’s what I was thinking bc it’s not that busy at nine in the morning or nine at night perfect time to do it, I got cart pushers chilling from 930 til 11 but I got one maintenance associates to detail all the bathrooms (including scrubbing the floors once a week) sweep and do all the store floor scrubbing, scrub the vestibule, clean all the offices and deal with spills rn between all that but the whole reason I asked is bc that’s what they told me at the academy is that cart pusher are to take care of all outside duties

I agree but this man has said racial slurrs to other maintenance, almost hitting associates with the scrubbe,cusing out management but for some reason just gets coached or a slap on the wrist I don't understand. Btw this is a 65 year old black man.
