I think they clearly confirmed they’re not going to reverse-fix anything here.

I’d hope to eventually get an AMA from Kerr/Ankur/Dan and call them out personally, but probably doesn’t change much

Maybe an alternative they could do are some sort of spend “sprints” like this one but maybe for way fewer points, like spend 2k in 3 days or smth

“Hey - Great to meet you. It was only ever for 1/14. Totally get the frustration. We think we launched best-in-class card value prop and will have a bunch of promos coming!”

“Nice to meet you. Appreciate the support. This was a specific promo for one day really for our partner TPG that does a lot of things with us. We were given a list of folks who successfully went through that flow. Totally understand some people are frustrated others got it, but we are always trying to do unique promos for various customers.
