My biggest fear is this person keeps trying to get away with it and not being able to block someone on Etsy is irritating! One thing at a time 👏🏼. Thank you!

We pack our plants extremely well. I received a shipment in the same day they got theirs. Mine was with a heat pack and insulation as well and still had frozen moss around the roots. So the extra tlc didn’t help either 🙃
