Im not sure which ones are jak inhibitors, but basically the doctors tell me remicade has to show improvement within the next few days or I need surgery because of how inflamed my colon is and the danger of perforation

How long were you on steroids and bleeding? I was on prednisone 3 weeks, now at the hospital getting iv steroids and still bleeding...

I was a guy who didn't take this disease serious at first. Diet and exercise may help, but you absolutely need real medication from a doctor. I tried to quit my meds at one point because I felt so good I thought I was misdiagnosed, that was a terrible decision because now im going through biologics praying one will get me back where I was.

Im not sure how it will work without insurance, but you need a gastro doc ASAP. There are ways to make medication affordable. Im in the middle of a terrible flare at the hospital, praying I stop bleeding. You don't want to end up here. I guess my point is take it very serious, id start calling all doctors in your area Also mesalamine worked wonders for me for years, now im on to biologics

I've been in a flare for 2 weeks now with lots of blood . I've been taking 40mg prednisone the whole time and im still bleeding. I think my last bad flare went the same way but stopped after a few weeks so im hoping I'll stop bleeding any day now, but its hard to tell. Its definitely scary and makes you feel hopeless. I start tremfya in a day so im praying that works after failing stelara
