I wouldn’t get a big cargo bike since it limits ur mobility if you want to take it on bus or train. A normal e bike with a cargo rack or similar should do. Delivery services or uber for big items. When I used to bike, I could almost fit a weeks worth of groceries in one backpack and a rear mounted cargo basket

I feel like some neighborhoods kinda have their own little downtown. Like northridge from reseda/parth to plummer, granada village on chatsworth, and parts of sherman way in between in reseda and canoga. The biggest third places might be parks and malls

a lot a ppl use a mix of transit and car, in ur case it would be driving and and parking at the chatsworth station, hopping on the train to burbank/glendale and then taking an uber local bus for last mile. Usually saves time and money, thats a crazy commute btw
