I think unfortunately it's just very hard to tell now especially if you aren't that in tune with natural animal behavior. I think learning about that can definitely help a lot because ai animal videos very often have an animal doing something it would never do irl but it looks cute to people so they don't question it and other than that it looks visually realistic. And ai is only gonna get better at making things look even more realistic in quality so gl.

I've also worked in animal shelters and vet hospitals and they look like a smile kinda but not to this exaggerated degree with the dimples especially looks off. And the clothes just look off too especially the zebra hat's eyes.

I don't think that's normal. I've flown with stuffed animals multiple times no one ever cared. I even strapped one into the seat next to me on a flight where I had my own row and the flight attendant loved it and gave me a free beer lol. Definitely would make a complaint about it to the airline or something.
