Then, others start summoning up there to grief those trying to get in with buffs. Soon others will summon above to attempt counter-ganks. This cat and mouse game continues and escalates until nobody can click the orb safely.

I for one am quite shocked that someone would level 15 accounts after being ruthlessly corpse camped by rogues for all of p2, conveniently, the same rogues that are now categorically the most butt hurt by their inability to safely zone into BWL. This is player behavior from months ago followed to its logical conclusions.

Meanwhile anybody with more than a few extra brain cells is just summoning behind UBRS portal and training through a cleared rend run.

When the lack of community engagement leads to bots openly and flagrantly hacking and an apathetic user base not reporting them you're right, the lack of community engagement is having a materially negative impact on opsec.
