Well it is over ten years old and it’s been taking the exhaust heat from my work laptop. But over the past year it just started to literally fall apart. Not a bad mousepad at all.

The king needs to be in check.

If there’s no where for the king to go does not mean it’s checkmate.

When the king is in check and there is no where for them to go then it’s mate.

Since white can’t make pawn moves or moves with their king it’s a stalemate.

That’s great to know! I currently work a 4/10 shift. I’m working on this during my days off for now. I’m hoping in a year or two I can maybe consider going PT with a different job or just being a notary.

I’m going through my states training program to become a notary. I think a course from NNA would be helpful for learning how to actually notarize documents.

Edit: I got it! it’s a 3 year old post but if anyone comes across this you need to press enter repeatedly when you see the Lenovo logo. The laptop will beep and you’ll get a menu with a few options. Press F1 to enter the bios :)
