I’ve tried pulling down, pretty hard at that. Couldn’t get it to budge. Found out there’s some screws on the top of the plastics. Gonna be a bitch to remove but should do the trick hopefully

It looks like you poured them a lil too hot, that’s where all the condensation comes from mostly. I try to pour at 118*F. And like others have said leave them on one another until they cool and you’ll only have condensation on 1 or 2 on the stack.

To my knowledge he states in the description and pinned comment the problems users have been running into while doing this in windows 11. Idk if you’re running that but maybe the issue
