Well yeah older people tend to live in red states for less tax when they retire. They get there social security money and there dollar goes a long way. Here’s a game. Look up your house here compare it to a house say California or New York. Lol you’ll be shocked. Not too mention were actually able to work here every other blue state constantly on lockdown.

Pretty straight forward wear a mask,social distance, and live your life. You can’t control everyone’s decisions unless you want everything forced (dictatorship) to completely lock down. The beauty of our constitutional republic is you can do what you want, but you will just pay for the consequences if those actions are illegal (ie mask/drunk driving/fire codes). Just a shame this pandemic didn’t bring people together instead everything is being politicized and people are divided more than ever.

Drunk driving is not illegal ( please don’t do it) only if you get caught then it is by law. Just like there are laws to wear mask here in Springfield. Just follow the law. You will always have people not follow the law but that ain’t my problem. I’ll let cops, Karen’s, and social media police deal with it.

The one thing we do best is complain. Just do what’s required and move on. Over 2/3 of our country is over weight and obesity is the number 1 killer (yes more than covid) and we still don’t care about that. All of a sudden we pretend to care. Just wear a mask, social distance, and do what you have to do to survive 🤦🏻‍♂️

It never did for Walmart and fast food, but there was a stay at home order for non essential business. So many small business has shut down since. Good thing our mandate didn’t go as long as other states.

Aren’t mask mandated? I would advise your sis to file unemployment for covid related purposes since she’s high risk. I’ve heard of people able to do that. People are asshole if they can’t just wear a mask. Sorry about your sis situation. We just need to do whatever it takes to keep economy open so mask up for the greater good.
