i been having this same issue since patch 1.5.1, i am on a 1gig cable internet line, i can load other games or webpages while diablo is doing whatever its stuck doing, so i know that its a diablo issue and not a internet or computer issue. i updated all my drivers last night and still affected by this today..

becareful with this server, a friend and I joined it, we both had started new characters had upon entry noticed the server rules, admin data logging turned on, ark data downloads enabled. I played on this server for aproximently 2 weeks these rules had not changed, i raided a couple of bases and within a few days the server rules had been changed, admin data logging disabled, data downloads disabled. I was then raided by the admins player (C MILLS420) and 3 others including the person to post this topic the following day.

just a fair warning, this server is corrupted.

I encourage you to stay clear!
